I’m based in Cape Coral, Florida, but I offer virtual therapy sessions to clients across the entire state. This allows me to support you no matter where you are in Florida, without the need for in-office visits.

Online therapy with me is easy and convenient, using a secure platform called Alma. Once you schedule a session, you’ll receive a link to join our virtual meeting, where we’ll connect in a private, confidential space. Alma allows us to have clear, reliable video sessions, and it also offers tools for communication and scheduling to make the process seamless. Whether you’re at home or anywhere that’s comfortable for you, online therapy lets us work together in a way that fits into your life.

I currently offer only virtual therapy sessions, which allows me to work with clients throughout all of Florida. While I don’t offer in-person sessions, I find that virtual therapy provides the flexibility and convenience to connect in a safe and comfortable space for you, wherever you are.

Your out of pocket expense will vary depending on your insurance and payment method. I currently accept Aetna, Cigna and Medicaid. If you have one of these types of insurance, I can help verify your coverage to ensure you’re getting the most out of your benefits. For those with out-of-network insurance, I will issue you a monthly superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The out-of-network and private pay fees are as follows: intake session is $140, all subsequent sessions are $110. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about payment or coverage!

During your first appointment, you can expect to feel welcomed into a safe and supportive space where your feelings and experiences are respected. We’ll take the time to build trust and ensure that you feel comfortable, discussing what brought you to therapy and any goals you have for our work together. I’ll guide you through the process, answering any questions you may have, and together we’ll create a plan that feels right for you. My priority is to ensure you feel safe and heard, and that you leave the session with a sense of clarity and understanding about the next steps in your healing.

The length of time you’ll be in therapy really depends on your unique needs, goals, and how you’re feeling as we work together. Some people find relief and progress in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support as they navigate deeper issues. We’ll regularly check in on your goals, and together we’ll determine the pace that feels right for you. The most important thing is that you’re supported and moving toward healing at a pace that feels comfortable.
