Meet Candice mitchell

You’re already stronger than you think you are.

Move out of survival into safety— reconnect with your body, heal from the past, and create a sense of peace that allows you to move forward.

You’re in the right place.

I’m here to help you find your way home to yourself.

I want to help you return to a place where you feel safe, grounded, and at peace. Trauma and life’s challenges can pull you off course, but your true self is always within reach.

Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that have kept you stuck and find ways to restore balance. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about reconnecting with the wisdom and resilience already within you. You deserve to feel whole, and I’m here to support you on that journey.

My style

I believe that with the right support and tools, we all have the capacity to heal and return to a place of safety and balance within ourselves.

I believe that healing is an innate capacity within each of us, waiting to be reawakened when we are given the right tools and support. Trauma and life’s challenges can disrupt our balance, but with the right guidance, we can help our nervous system shift from states of survival to states of safety and connection. Through my training in both Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I can help you understand how trauma impacts your nervous system and guide you in reconnecting with your true self. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about creating space for your body and mind to return to a place of ease, trust, and resilience.

By honoring the wisdom our bodies hold, we can gently guide ourselves back into balance. When we bring awareness to how our parts and nervous system interact, we can find pathways to healing that don’t just address symptoms but reconnect us to our whole selves. It’s through this compassionate, trauma-informed approach that we can unlock the natural healing that’s always been within us.

With the right support, you can move from simply surviving to truly living—feeling safe, grounded, and at home in your own body.

My guiding principles

Safety

Safety is the essential starting point for healing, providing the stability and support needed for your nervous system to shift from survival to a state of calm and connection.

Connection

Connection is the bridge that allows us to move from isolation and fear to a place of belonging, where we can heal, restore balance, and feel deeply rooted in ourselves and others.

Trust

Trust is the cornerstone of healing, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to connect with yourself and gently explore the patterns that have shaped your experience.

Resilience

Resilience is the quiet strength within us that, when nurtured, allows us to move through life’s challenges with greater ease, returning to balance even after moments of stress or disruption.
